Administrator: Nanetta Malone, LNHA

Malone has spent the majority of her healthcare career with the Solaris Health System, where she worked in various positions for 24 years. Malone started her career as Director of Social Work. She became an Administrator in 1995 and helped to open the first approved vent unit in the state of New Jersey. During the 90’s, Malone served as administrator for the largest hospital-based sub-acute unit with Muhlenberg Hospital in Plainfield, NJ. Malone is a Certified Social Worker (CSW), a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA), a Certified Assisted Living Administrator and she has her Masters in Administration.
Malone says her core values as an administrator, which will continue to guide her work at Linwood are the institution of an open door policy that enables continual communication amongst staff, physicians and family members, as well as the belief that “the way you treat a person is how they will view your health center”.

Director of Admissions: Kevin Eisenschink, BS

Kevin Eisenschink has been the Director of Admission at Linwood Care Center for 5 years. Kevin brings 15 years experience in the healthcare field. Kevin is committed to bringing the best Linwood has to offer to the community and providing a warm, satisfying experience during the admissions process. Kevin completed his Bachelor of Science degree at the University of Wisconsin-Plattville in Psychology. He enjoys spending quality time with his family.

Director of Nursing Services: Connie Lugas, RN, BSN

Connie graduated from Hahneman Hospital Associates Degree Nursing program. Following graduation, spent 7 years in the ICU/CCU/CVU at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital in Camden as a staff nurse, asst unit manager, and manager of the weekend Baylor program before returning to childhood hometown in Cape May County. For 17 years Connie worked in many different nursing capacities, both staff and management, at Burdette Tomlin Memorial Hospital and also obtained my BSN from the Univ. of Delaware. In 2004, she started her LTC career at Courthouse Convalescent Center as a staff educator, ADON, and interim DON there before accepting the DON position here at Linwood Care Center in July, 2006. Connie commits herself and her staff to absolute excellence in nursing care and customer service.

Clinical Liaison: Sherry Sullivan

Sherry Sullivan joined Linwood Care Center in February 2000. A 1988 graduate of James Madison University, Sherry holds degrees in both Social Work and Occupational Therapy. With over 23 years experience in health care, Sherry has held the positions of Director of Social Services, Director of Admissions, Regional Rehabilitation Manager, and Clinical Liaison. With her broad understanding of management, clinical, and insurance information, Sherry's vast experience allows her to help patients and their families navigate the healthcare continuum. Sherry lives in the South Jersey area with her husband and 2 sons.

Director of Rehab: Jane Thompson

Jane Thompson is the director of Linwood's in-patient and out-patient services. Jane received her Bachelor of Science in occupational Therapy from Penn State and has been in the healthcare industry for 19 years. She started at Linwood as a per diem therapist and worked her way up to director in 2009. Jane gets joy from resident’s achievement of functional goals. She enjoys family gatherings and traveling with her husband.

Director of Activities: Kristina Kessler, BA, ADPC

Krissy recently celebrated 10 years of service in our facility. Her main focus is increasing Quality Of Life through our activity programs. This requires being creative and thinking outside of the bingo board. Krissy has a BA in Human Relation Communications from The Richard Stockton College of New Jersey.

Director of Dining Services: Daniel Magner, CDM

Daniel Magner started at Linwood Care Center in 2006. He has been a Director in LTC for over 20 years and in kitchens for over 35. Daniel is committed to excellence for his department and has led his team to instituting a “cook to order” breakfast program and a restaurant style birthday menu for residents. Daniel has also enjoyed being a volunteer youth hockey coach for his four children the past 15 years in Egg Harbor Township, NJ, while winning international championships.

Unit Manager Subacute/Vent Unit: Beth Ware, RN, CRRN

Beth Ware has been in healthcare for 30 years and has worked at Linwood Care Center for 25+ years. Beth is certified in Rehabilitation Nursing. Beth is an active member of the Rehab team and coordinates each residents care from beginning to end of their Rehab stay. Beth is also very involved with the residents and families on the ventilator unit to assure they attain the highest quality of life.

Director of Respiratory Care: Tony Scalzitti, RRT

Tony has been with Linwood Care Center for over 21 years. As director of Respiratory Care he's proud to lead a team of highly motivated Respiratory Therapists, providing round-the-clock care to our vent dependant residents. He believes earning the trust and respect of the residents and their families along with a strong commitment to teamwork yields the best clinical outcomes.

Director of Human Resources: Jill Koerner, BA

Jill Koerner is the Director of Human Resources at Linwood Care Center. She graduated from Rowan University with a Business Administration degree specializing in Human Resources. Jill has 7 years experience in the healthcare field within Human Resources. She is very dedicated to her job and the staff at Linwood Care Center. When she is not working she enjoys spending time with her family, the shore, and exercising.
