Many of our residents stay with us for extended periods, especially those whose lives have been profoundly affected by accidents or illnesses such as emphysema, Alzheimer’s, heart disease and stroke. Not only do we offer the health care and physical therapy these patients require, we also provide a warm and friendly social environment — the ideal conditions for optimal living.
Skilled Care
Linwood Care Center offers a full array of skilled care services, including IV therapy/antibiotics/hydration, wound care, nutrition (PEG/NG), infection control program, cardiac monitoring, podiatry, oxygen and more.
“Reflections”: The Dementia Unit at Linwood
The “Reflections” Unit at Linwood Care Center is a secured neighborhood specially designed to keep residents with dementia safe and secure, while affording them a feeling of independence.
The homelike environment features a secure outdoor walking area as well as a full spectrum of indoor activities. Meals on the unit are served in a comfortable “country kitchen” where residents can relax and feel at home.
