Assistant Director of Nursing Services

Under the supervision of the Director of Nursing Services shall:
- Assist in managing the Nursing Services Department in accordance with current statutes, regulations, policies and procedures for the purpose of ensuring that appropriate nursing services are provided to each resident and to assist them in obtaining or maintaining their highest practicable level of functioning
- Ensure the provision of quality services on behalf of residents and their families consistent with CPL Subacute LLC's and its Centers' mission and customer service philosophy.

Educational and Experience Requirements

The Assistant Director of Nursing Services shall:

- Possess, as a minimum, a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university or be a graduate of an approved Registered Nurse program. A BSN is preferred.
- Have, as a minimum, one (1) year of experience as a supervisor in a health care facility. Two (2) years of supervisory experience is preferred.
- Have the knowledge and ability to perform necessary computerized nursing functions
- Possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a Registered Nurse.
- Be certified in C.P.R.

Nursing Supervisor - Night Shift

We are seeking a warm and caring nurse candidate to be our Night Nurse Supervisor. The hours are Monday through Friday 4pm to 12am or 3pm-11pm. Our Nursing Supervisor has the following daily duties:
- assist in the twenty-four (24) hour management of the Nursing Services Department
- ensure that a sufficient number of competent personnel are available for each shift to meet the daily nursing needs of the residents, and
- supervise assigned personnel to ensure that nursing care services are being provided in accordance with regulations, policies, procedures and good practice, and are effectively meeting the needs of residents.

Nursing Supervisor candidates shall:

- possess, as a minimum, a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university or be a graduate of an approved nurse program.
- have two (2) to five (5) years of experience in nursing, preferably as a supervisor in a health care facility.
- have knowledge and ability to perform necessary computerized nursing functions
- possess a current unencumbered, active license to practice as a Registered Nurse
- be certified in C.P.R.
